If you fill in this form, we ‘ll receive your information the same day, and we ‘ll respond by sending you an e-mail within 72 hrs. In this e-mail, we ‘ll tell you if we can make the reservation as you requested, or suggest an alternative in case we can ‘t make the reservation as you requested, and give you all the information you need regarding the payment of the room(s). In general, we ask a deposit of 30%. After receiving the deposit, we ‘ll confirm your reservation.
If you want to make a reservation for a big group, we recommend that you call us (00 32 3 230 05 22) or send us an e-mail (info@youthhotel.be), instead of using this form. Also, if your arrival is only a few days from now, we recommend that you just call us to check for availability. In thislast case, transferring a deposit isn ‘t necessary.
If, for any reason, you want to cancel your reservation, please do so 14 days before the day you would normally arrive. If not, we will keep your deposit of 30%!
NOTE: WE DO NOT HAVE A TERMINAL AT THE HOTEL, SO PLEASE BRING CASH MONEY !
